Payment Policies

Payment Methods
Our site accepts online payments via bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other electronic methods such as PayPal, Google/Apple Pay offered by payment partners.

Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure payment platforms that use encryption standards (SSL/TLS). The company does not store your bank card details.

Payment Confirmation
After completing the payment, the customer receives an electronic confirmation via email and the insurance policy document at the stated email address. The customer can also download the policy document immediately after payment.

Monedha
All prices are displayed in [LEK/EUR]. If your bank card is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion according to its exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Payment Failure
In the event of payment failure, the purchase of the insurance policy will not be completed until payment is confirmed.

Refund Policies

Once the purchase of the insurance policy has been made and the payment has been confirmed, this page does not allow you to cancel the process or return the amount paid. Cancellation of the insurance policy is permitted only as provided in the general terms and conditions of the policy. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site and purchasing insurance products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Products Offered
The site offers the purchase of insurance policies:

    • Travel Life and Health
    • Life and Personal Accidents

The insurance policy coverages are specified in the general insurance conditions attached to the policy.

Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the application. Incorrect information may lead to the invalidity of the policy.

Policy Activation
The policy becomes effective only after confirmation of payment and issuance of the official document.

Liability
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to technical reasons beyond its control.

Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The insurer, within the framework of this contract, collects, uses and stores the personal data necessary for the signing of the insurance policy, in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 124/2024, “On the Protection of Personal Data”, as well as the legal and sub-legal acts issued in its implementation, the tax legislation on personal income, etc.

Jurisdiction
The Terms are drafted in full compliance with the legal framework in force, the Civil Code, Law No. 52/2014, dated 22.05.2014 “On Insurance and Reinsurance”, the sub-legal acts issued in its implementation, and Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”; as well as the internal regulations of the Insurance Company. Disputes that may arise, if not resolved amicably, will be resolved by the court of the place where the insurance contract was concluded. Except in cases where it is expressly provided otherwise in the provisions of the Insurance Contract, the provisions of the Civil Code will apply.
