GENC KOXHAJ

General Director

Mr. Koxhaj graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in the Business Administration branch in 1996. He completed his Master’s Program for Finance and Bank and attended the one-year “Public Administrator” program at UWL, USA. Recently he has completed the Master’s Program in International Business, at “Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”, in Milan.
Since 2006 he holds the position of the General Director at SiCRED sh.a. company and currently he is representative of the shareholders of SiCRED sh.a. in CREDINS Invest and SiCRED Assistance.
Mr. Koxhaj has over 25 years of experience in Banking and Finance, the majority of which in the field of Life and Non-Life Insurance

MATILDA THOMA

Internal Audit

Mrs. Thoma graduated in Economy from the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana. She has a vast experience of several years, since 2003, in the field of insurance and a considerable experience in the field of finance. Since 2010 and currently she holds the position of Internal Audit of SiCRED sh.a.

GLADIOLA JANI

Director – Underwriting and Corporates Directorate

Ms. Jani graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in Finance – Accounting.
She became part of SiCRED in November 2010 as a Marketing Specialist. Since March 2015 until April 2017 she held the position of Head of Marketing and Projects Sector, and Assistant to the General Director. Since April 2017 she holds the position of Director of Underwriting and Corporates Directorate.
In April 2017 she graduated as a Certified Actuary.

PETRINA DUKA

Director – Administration and Actuary Directorate

Mrs. Duka has been a part of SiCRED staff since September 2007. For five years she has worked as an Actuary in the non-life insurance sector. Since October 2011 Mrs. Duka holds the title of Authorized Actuary certified by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority. She is a member of the Association of Actuaries since December 2011.

TEUTA LOCAJ

Director – Finance and Accounting Directorate

Mrs. Locaj has studied at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics and graduated in Finance and Accounting. She has held leading positions in Finance and Accounting units in various entities. She holds the title “Authorized Accounting Expert/Legal Audit”. From 2005 she is part of SiCRED sh.a., where since December 2010 heads the Finance and Accounting Directorate.

VJOSA BODO MUJO

Director – Legal and Human Resources Directorate

Mrs. Vjosa Bodo Mujo, born in 1979, graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law, in 2001, with the title “Lawyer”. She is a member of the chamber of Advocacy of Tirana, since 2002 and practices legal counseling and representation in the three levels of the judiciary system, labor law issues, property, commercial, tax legislation, administrative law etc. Mrs. Vjosa Bodo Mujo completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Tirana, earning in 2011 the title M.L. Master in Public Law and Public Administration. She became part of SiCRED sh.a. in 2009, after 7 years of experience at the Ministry of Transportation in Tirana.
In 2011, she was appointed Legal and Human Resources Director at SiCRED sh.a., and Chairman of the Board of Management Company, Credins Invest.
Mrs. Vjosa Bodo Mujo heads as sole administrator since 2012 the consulting company SiCRED ASSISTANCE sh.p.k.; and since 2016 is a collaborator of the AFSA science education center.

ERIK ÇELO

Head of Branch Network Administration and Information Technology Sector

Mr. Çelo has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, from Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has over ten years of professional experience in SiCRED. He is experienced in system analysis, IT audit, and review of the General IT controls for a number of banks, financial institutions and insurance companies in Albania and Kosovo.

ERJON LAMA

Head of Human Resources Sector

Mr. Erjon Lama graduated in law in 2001 and in 2013 received the title “Lawyer”. He has joined the SiCRED team in December 2011. During this time he has covered the Human Resources Sector. He is also part of several commissions that aim to improve the working conditions of employees in SiCRED, as well as enforce the actual legislation in this regard.

GRETA SEJDINAJ

Head of Marketing and Projects Sector

Ms. Sejdinaj graduated in 2013 at the Faculty of Economics with the title MSc. in Finance. She has become part of SiCRED Company in October 2014, joining the Marketing and Projects Sector. Among other things, Ms. Sejdinaj is responsible for carrying out promotional campaigns, coordinating project plans for the promotion of insurance products, etc.

MIRJETA LUCA

Director – Sales Directorate and Tirana Branch

Mrs. Luca graduated in Finance from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. She became part of SiCRED in 2010 and held the position of Head of Underwriting Information Managing Sector at the Sales Directorate and Tirana Branch during 2015-2018, for later being appointed Director of this directorate.

ONKITA KODRA

Head of Life Insurance Products and Underwriting Information Managing Sector

Ms. Kodra has a diploma in Finance – Bank and postgraduate studies in MPA (Master in Public Administration) from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. She is part of the company’s staff since May 2007, where she currently heads the Life Product Sector at the Underwriting and Corporates Directorate. She is responsible for the promotion, finalization and administration of insurance contracts for long-term life products and with savings elements.

DAVID ANDONI

Underwriter and Sales Specialist – Korça Branch

Mr. David Andoni, graduated in Finance and Accounting, from the F.S. Noli University, in Korça. Since 2015, he is part of SiCRED sh.a. staff, representing Korça Branch*.

ILARIA SHEQERI

Underwriter and Sales Specialist – Shkodra Branch

Ms. Ilaria Sheqeri graduated from the Faculty of Economics, at “Luigj Gurakuqi” University in Shkodër, with the title MSc in Business Administration. She joined SiCRED in April 2020, representing Shkodra Branch*.

AMARIN AVDULAJ

Underwriter and Sales Specialist – Durrës Branch

Mr. Amarin Avdulaj completed the Bachelor studies for Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. He is part of SiCRED sh.a. staff since 2022, representing Durrës Branch*.
