SiCRED gives the insurance fund for loyalty “Life with Savings”, for the second consecutive year
The end of 2017 marked the maturity of the insurance product “Life with Savings” for the second generation of employees rewarded with the “Loyalty Fund”. In 2008, SiCRED sh.a. Life Insurance Company conceived the “Life with Savings” insurance product, which at the end of a 7 years period it rewards the employees for good performance at work and loyalty to the employing company.
At an event held at the premises of SiCRED Company, the Human Resources Director, Mrs. Vjosa Bodo, thanked and expressed gratitude to the employees who have given their precious contribution to the company during a period of over 7 years.
Through the “Life with Savings” insurance product, SiCRED aims to provide an example and pave the way for Albanian companies to embrace this scheme as a way to ensure fair and long-term employer-employee relationships.
