On 03.04.2013 SiCRED J.S.C, through the Decision No. 1, dated 03.04.2014 of the Shareholders Assembly of SiCRED J.S.C., Pension Fund Management Company approved the adopted structure of SiCRED J.S.C Pension Fund Management Company. <\/p>\n

12.25% of the shares owned by the KURUM INTERNATIONAL J.S.C, which at that date owned 25% of the shares of SiCRED J.S.C. Pension Fund Management Company, passed to SiCRED J.S.C, according to the law in force. The decision was recorded in NRC (National Registration Center) on 06.06.2013. Following this decision, the new shareholding structure of SiCRED J.S.C Pension Fund Management Company is:<\/p>\n

\u2022SiCRED J.S.C owns 87.25% of the shares.
\n\u2022KURUM INTERNATIONAL J.S.C owns 12.75% of the shares. <\/p>\n

Mr. Genc KOXHAJ CEO of SiCRED J.S.C, and also in the quality of authorized representative of SiCRED J.S.C shareholders, considers such decision consistent with the group’s strategy for long-term investments, aiming the strengthening of SiCRED group’s position in the private pension sector as a promising financial area in the near future.
